Most of our products are custom handmade items, and production begins immediately after payment is confirmed. Unless a product has obvious defects, we do not accept order cancellations for any reason, nor do we offer refunds due to personal preference or ordering mistakes.
If your product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Items with size options specified in their product details (e.g., shoes) are eligible for a size exchange.
Items returned for a refund must be unused and in resalable condition.
Products must be in their complete original packaging with all tags intact.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.
Email us with your order number to initiate the process.
Take 3 photos of the defective item from different angles (e.g., for shoes: front, side, and the specific defect area) and send them to us.
Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipping instructions.
Once an exchange request is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Refunds will be processed on the last calendar day of the month in which the returned item is received.

Once an item leaves our production center, the carrier assumes responsibility for the package. As a result, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We do not issue refunds for shipping delays.
Asymmetrical Designs: The exact placement of certain asymmetrical patterns may differ slightly from the product images. This is intentional and gives each piece its unique appearance.
Handmade Variations: Because each product is crafted by hand after receiving your order, subtle color variations may occur during printing due to weather conditions.
Lighting Effects: Differences between photo colors and real-world lighting may slightly affect the perceived look of the product.
